Luis Cornide is a veteran in the worlds of real estate, banking, insurance, and investments. Cornide began his career in 1990 after completing a two-year Bank Management Training Program at Barnett Banks where he served as Branch Manager & Vice President responsible for deposit growth and commercial lending. After several successful years at Barnett, he joined Pan-American Bank, as their Vice President of US banking. Mr. Cornide later joined Prudential-Bache Securities, Inc. as a Financial Advisor, spending time in New York and Miami while managing institutional and retail portfolios, with a client concentration in Latin America. After his tenure at Prudential Bache Mr. Cornide co-founded Pension Fund of America, LLC. and PFA Assurance Group, Ltd. where he served as President & CEO of their life insurance and investments businesses. Mr. Cornide has corporate experience in finance, strategic planning, budgeting, and sales & marketing.
Mr. Cornide is a graduate of the University of Miami, where he received a master's in business administration. He is also a graduate of Florida International University with degrees in Finance, International Business, and Banking Studies. He also has held various licenses which include Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, and Life/ Health & Variable Annuity Licenses. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of Miami Association of Realtors, Miami Commercial, and the NRA - National Realtors Association Commercial. He has served as trustee of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.
This firm provides finance/accounting services and is responsible for reviewing and analyzing the profits, expenditures, and overall financial records of a company as well as advice on financial decisions. They conduct research and analysis on each property securing budget forecast and project expense analysis and controls. In addition, as finance & accounting professionals, their analysis is essential to have an in-depth understanding of each property as we adhere to its vision, mission, and goals set forth when we initially invest.
RYS coordinates all jobs with property managers and owners on scheduled maintenance issues, time sensitive service request and violations that arise in the normal course of property management. RYS assist in the processing of insurance, rent, lease, tax, and any other billings to the tenants. All this while maintaining owners and investors updated with timely reporting.
